You know about the rebranding. The guests don’t like it much, and all these newfangled procedures take a lot of work to explain, educate the staff you know. Frankly, I don't have the time. If there was a dedicated person from HQ for these things…But yes, yes, I know this, young man, restructuring, rebranding, this sort of thing. Excuses, what have you. Middle management is always first to go. Don’t you think I know.
